Oh, friends! Wanna play a game? We bet that you can’t make it through this blog post without smiling. We believe that there is absolutely no way that you can look at this joyful couple’s incredible day and not beam. Laura and Dale tied the knot at the beautiful Sonnet House in Leeds – one of our favorite venues in town!. We thought the day would begin like any other wedding day where we walk into the bride’s room to greet the bridal party, give the bride a big hug and gather all the little wedding details to photograph. Not this day! As soon as Jamie knocked on the door of Laura’s room, it flew open to the sound of Laura and her bridesmaids singing “Happy Birthday” in unison because it was Jamie’s birthday! This is one of many testaments to the kind of people Laura, Dale, their friends and family are. Selfless. It was Laura’s big day. The biggest day of her whole life. But she took the time to make someone else feel special. That was a moment we will never forget.
The day continued with Dale’s groomsmen and Laura’s bridesmaids praying over their marriage, an emotional feet-washing ceremony, and a sweet, heartfelt wedding ceremony. Laura and Dale had a first look that was all laughter and smiles and embraces, but Dale’s emotions got the best of him when he saw his bride walking down the aisle. It was so, so sweet, y’all. This couple loves so hard, and they are loved so hard by their family and friends. The newlyweds danced the night away on the patio of The Sonnet House and were sent off with Mickey and Minnie ears as they were off to their honeymoon in Disney World!
Laura and Dale, you two are something so special. From the moment we met you, it was obvious you guys were so in love and had such generous and caring hearts. We are so honored to have spent this day with you, celebrating the day that Laura & Dale became the Keaheys!
