Evan and Garrett met in college at Auburn University. They were set up by Garrett’s sister who had befriended Evan through their sorority. It was Garrett’s sister’s mission to find someone suitable for her baby brother, and when Evan came along, she knew they would be a great match. And the rest is history. From college, to their first jobs, to traveling to Italy, and now to their wedding – this couple has gone from blind date to happily ever after, and we think that’s such a beautiful love story!
We planned Evan and Garrett’s Sonnet House engagement session around their travel and work schedule, and the forecast was showing rain. We almost rescheduled due to the unpredictable Alabama weather (what’s new?!), but Evan and Garrett chose to proceed. It was wet and overcast, but we think there was something so romantic about it! We popped open an umbrella when the drizzle started to fall, and the session turned out great! We love Evan and Garrett’s “go with the flow” attitude – it turned out beautifully!
