We have a confession… We are kind of obsessed with these two. They are kind and hilarious and absolutely beautiful together. They are both tall and gorgeous, so we bring our stools with us every where when photographing these two! And we laugh a lot.
We first met Jordan when she was a bridesmaid in Kelly & Andrew’s wedding. It was a long wedding day, and we were hungry, but we hadn’t had time to stop to eat a snack. So, Eric was shooting reception details as I (Jamie!) was feeding him cocktail weenies. It probably wasn’t a great look for us, and we didn’t realize anyone was watching. But, as we learned, Jordan was. When she inquired with us about being her wedding photographers, she wrote in her email, “I knew I wanted you guys for my big day when I saw Eric shooting while Jamie fed him cocktail weenies.” This story changes each time I tell it… sometimes I say it was chicken nuggets, but either way, that’s the moment Jordan credits. We kind of LOVE that. Haha!
Since the cocktail weenie incident, we’ve gotten to know and love this couple, and we can’t wait to celebrate their marriage with them at St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Birmingham Museum of Art with Invision Events. It’s going to be one for the books!
