Stephanie & Chad

This session with Stephanie and Chad was a race against time. Stephanie had just received a dream job in Orlando, Fla., and she and Chad were moving immediately. They had limited availability to have engagement photos taken, and they wanted to feature a photo on their wedding invitation! No pressure, right?

We found a date that worked for the both of us, and this race against time turned into a race against Mother Nature. It was sprinkling throughout the shoot, but we kept going! We were getting these photos while they were in Alabama, dang it! The clouds rolled away, heaven shined down and the angels sang… we got a beautiful shoot with this beautiful couple!

We really enjoyed spending time with these two. They both have a very light-hearted and quick-witted sense of humor, and they are so easy to talk to and laugh with. We helped Stephanie and Chad say goodbye to The Magic City with the shoot in Birmingham’s Railroad Park and then we chatted over coffee at Urban Standard. We can’t wait to capture Stephanie and Chad’s wedding later this year. It will be a blast!
