Birmingham certainly has its perks, and one of the gems of the Magic City is the view you get while looking over the patio at The Club. You see everything. You see the hustle and bustle of the city, you see skyscrapers and houses, you see constant construction of a city on the move. It’s such a macro view of our area, and it’s simply breathtaking. On the contrary, a wedding ceremony is very much a micro experience. We don’t focus on the construction, the hospitals, the rush-hour traffic all around us. Instead, we focus on two people and what these people are saying in the moment. All eyes are on a man and woman giving their lives to one another, promising a lifetime of commitment, encouragement, laughter and friendship. When we get the chance to shoot a wedding at The Club, combining these two worlds, the result is something special.
And boy oh boy, Julie and Brad’s wedding was special! They had a gorgeous ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family members, and as the string quartet played overlooking the gorgeous city view, they said the most beautiful vows and bursted with joy and so much love. These two have the best personalities and they are so easy to be around. They have a really interesting/awesome love story, too! They actually were together years ago, went seperate ways, and then rekindled their love later. Life is funny like that, huh? It’s something out of a romantic comedy, and we’re so glad that found their way back to each other!
Julie and Brad – thank you for letting us have a front row seat to tell your love story! Your wedding day was nothing short of amazing, and we loved every minute of it. Congratulations, you two!!
