Where do we even begin with these two? Jordan and Spencer are two of a kind. High school sweethearts (they started dating in the 9th grade!!) who grew their relationship from puppy love to lifelong love over the span of 8-ish years. They’re quick to laugh, always ready to encourage, and would drop what they’re doing to help you in a situation if you needed it. Still in their early twenties, they’re wise beyond their years. They’re so intelligent, so kind. They’re the kind of people you want to be around, because they are the real deal. Hashtag power couple!
From the minute Spencer turned around to see his bride for the first time (their first look! Anyone need a tissue!?), they were attached at the hip. They cuddled up under an umbrella when it started raining during portrait time, and they didn’t let go when the rain subsided. The way they calm each other and serve as the perfect complement for the other is a sight to see. Still, even after seeing each other before their ceremony, the emotions of the day caught up to them when the service began. Knowing that all those years of dating, laughing, fighting, encouraging and loving through the good times and bad had culminated to the first day of the rest of their lives as husband and wife, Jordan & Spencer couldn’t help but tear up (and maybe Jamie, too).
The reception is often another visual representation of the couple’s relationship, and this was also true this day. Surrounded by dozens of friends and family on the dance floor, Jordan & Spencer celebrated their marriage, and we couldn’t be happier to have been a part of it. The dancefloor was full the entire night with children, parents, friends, and yes, even vendors, busting a move! It was a blast!
Jordan & Spencer, we absolutely love you both. You guys are incredible! Thank you for letting us capture your beautiful wedding day. It was such a special moment for us, and we wish you guys all the best in this life.
