Danielle & Chris are part of a “six degrees of separation” that we love so much. Danielle knows one of our brides, who is best friends with another bride’s friend, who went to school with another one of our bride’s cousins, etc. etc. We’re finding that there is a circle of girls getting married and they are referring each other our way for wedding photography, and we absolutely love when that happens! One reason is because we get to see our sweet couples more often because they are bridesmaids or wedding guests for each other. Another is because really awesome people usually have really awesome friends. And when we absolutely fall in love with one of our couples, and they refer another couple to us, we jump at the chance to be a part of that wedding because we just know… they are going to be amazing people!
Danielle & Chris two tied the knot at Iron City Bham in downtown Birmingham. They had both their ceremony and reception at Iron City, and we loved the ceremony set up with the couple on the stage and the guests on the floor. So unique! Before the ceremony, we originally were going to photograph portraits at Railroad Park, but a political protest (which we learned later had an attendance of over 5,000 people!!) led us to make a quick change of plans! Instead, we shot portraits around Linn Park and the courthouses, and we love how the gold accents of the architecture coordinated perfectly with the florals and the bridesmaids’ dresses. It’s funny how things work out, isn’t it?
Mr. and Mrs. Jaudon – thank you for trusting us with your most precious memories! We adore you two and know that your future is so bright! Congratulations, newlyweds! We are so happy for you!
