McKenzie & Andre are the kind of people you want to be friends with. Down to earth, laugh-at-anything kind of people. If you remember from their engagement session, we competed with a good ole Alabama afternoon thunderstorm, which seems like a daily occurrence here. They totally went with the flow and made the most out of the situation. Again, on their wedding day in Baton Rouge, it rained pretty much all day. Did it get these two down at all? Nope! It didn’t phase them one bit. They were looking so forward to their marriage that they hardly noticed. That’s the kind of people WE want to be friends with.
In front of a packed chapel of their friends and family that reached the back pews, McKenzie & Andre said, “I do.” They promised to give each other forever. To celebrate all of life’s happiness together. To pick the other up when one of them is down, and to grow old together, hand in hand. The joy in their eyes was undeniable. Clearly, everyone else in that chapel wanted to be friends with McKenzie & Andre as well.
McKenzie & Andre, thank you guys for giving us this honor. You two are a light and such a power couple. We know you’re going to do amazing things in your marriage! We love you both!
