We absolutely love to travel for weddings. The road trips and carpool karaoke are always fun, but shooting in a new environment is refreshing. This time, it was the cutest little (big) house in northwest Georgia, and we fell in love! It’s sweet backdrop served as the perfect setting for Nicole & Blake’s pastel wedding day.
Nicole is a writer for an online entertainment news website. One of the celebrities she writes about frequently is Taylor Swift. We all love Tay (and who doesn’t), and it turns out that Jamie has read many an article about miss Swift that Nicole had written LONG before we even met! She and Blake got their start on the internet. Not Match, not eHarmony, not even Facebook, but MySpace in 2006! Talk about a major throwback! For the next 6 years, they talked back and forth, seeing each other at school, until they finally became serious in 2012. Fast forward another 3 years, and Blake asks his friend of 9 years and his girlfriend of 3 to be his wife. To spend forever with him. And here we are.
Both Nicole and Blake are funny, quick-witted, and absolutely perfect for one another. Where one is weak, the other is strong. They’re encouraging and always complimentary of each other. They’ve got a forever love, and we’re so happy we were able to capture it! Their ceremony, surrounded by their closest friends and family, told the story of their love, and everyone partied the night away, sending Nicole and Blake out in style.
Nicole & Blake, thank you guys from the bottom of our hearts for letting us be there for your big day. You two can make anyone laugh, and that’s a talent. We wish you all the best in the world, and we know you’ll have a life full of happiness and joy. We love you guys!
