Katie and Mitchell had the most beautiful day! We loved every second of this wedding day at The Barn at Shady Lane, beautifully planned by Courtney Bell of La Belle Vie Weddings and adorned with the gorgeous florals from Carol at Lilly Jane. The day started as Katie and her best friends got their hair and makeup done by Hannah Holsemback, wearing the cutest matching outfits, snacking, listening to music, and just enjoying a low-key morning. From there, we went into Katie and Mitchell’s first look where they gave each other the sweetest gifts and couldn’t hold back the beaming smiles – their big day was finally here! Their ceremony was simply gorgeous and their wedding party was so much fun! They danced their little hearts out at the reception, before bidding the bride and groom farewell through a sea of Auburn University shakers.

It was one of those days where you couldn’t find an imperfection if you tried to pick one out. The weather was impeccable, everyone was all smiles, and we’d be willing to bet that every guest left that day saying something like, “Wow! That was fun!” or “I had such a great day!” That’s what we were saying, anyway. It truly was one of those days that makes us thank our lucky stars that we have the honor of being a part of it.

Katie and Mitchell, we know you’re going to love married life in Savannah! Marriage is one of the most incredible blessings, and we know you guys are going to continue to cultivate your relationship and use your marriage to make an amazing impact! You two are the ideal compliment for each other, and your close friendship is so evident! Your similar sense of humor, your outgoing personalities, and your inside jokes make you SO perfect for each other! We’re so grateful we got to be a part of your beautiful wedding day! It truly was amazing!
