Nolen & Chanell

Nolen and Chanell are two of the nicest people we’ve met. Really – they are so friendly, easy to talk to and just NICE. The kind of people who never meet a stranger. This is evident, too, in the story of the first time they met. It goes a little something like this: Nolen and Chanell met in 2011 at IHOP on Lakeshore. Chanell had just gotten off work and decided to grab a bite to eat with her co-workers. Nolen was sitting alone and playing on his iPad. Chanell noticed that he was listening to their conversation, so she decided to invite him to eat with her and her friends, and they have been inseparable ever since.

Wait… Chanell just asked a guy at a restaurant to join her for dinner because he was sitting alone? That is so sweet! And Nolen joined this girl and her friends he’d never met simply because he was invited!? See, I told you they were friendly!

Shooting their engagement photos was really such a treat because, on top of their sparkling personalities, these two are super photogenic and in love, which makes a photoshoot so enjoyable.

We wish Nolen and Chanell the best of luck as they plan for their wedding at American Village and then head to the Canary Islands for their honeymoon. Sounds like a plan… can we get married again?!
