You’ve already met some of the Miss Trussville contestants in our previous blog, and now we’d like to show you a few photos of these girls in action. Miss America preliminaries consist of talent, evening gown, swimsuit, private interview and onstage question competitions, so these girls are intelligent, beautiful, talented and brave (it takes guts to walk across a stage in a bikini!) and we loved watching them give it their all! We know that the judges had a hard time picking a winner from this group of exceptional young women, and they were a blast to hang out with throughout competition day.
Kudos to Julie Coop, executive director of Miss Trussville, and the Miss Trussville Pageant Committee for putting on a great event, and congratulations to Shea Summerlin, the winner of the Miss Trussville 2015 title. Shea also won the community service award, which means not only is she an awesome competitor, but she works hard for the good of her platform, All in for Alzheimers. We look forward to getting to know her and working with her later in the year during a headshot and lifestyle session. Best of luck at Miss Alabama!
This amazingly talented little girl was Miss Trussville 2014’s “Rising Star,” she was not a contestant in the pageant! She’s got a long way to go before she’s able to compete, and we were astounded at the talent she has at such a young age!
