Oh, friends! We are so excited to share this special post with you today! Back in February, we were able to attend the Amy & Jordan Workshop in Scottsdale, Arizona where we were poured into by some of the best wedding photographers and educators in the business, Amy & Jordan Demos. These photos are really special to us because this styled shoot, taken five months ago, symbolizes when something just “clicked” (no pun intended) for us. We knew how much loved this industry and our couples, we knew what kind of photographers we wanted to be, and we knew what we had to offer, but Amy & Jordan finally inspired those “AH HA!” moments that led to so much growth in ourselves and our business. This was such an amazing two days.
Day 1 of the workshop included a full-blown styled shoot put together by some incredible vendors from the Scottsdale/Phoenix area. Brides, this is definitely an inspiration shoot that inspires! The use of not-so-common wedding colors in this shoot has made us tangerine converts! Anything in the orange family has never been a favorite of ours, but if orange is used like this, count us in! This modern, preppy navy, green and tangerine inspiration was the creation of Whitney Lewis with Some Like it Classic and the out-of-this-world florals are by Tricia with Petals and Lucy.
