Taylor & Blake

Taylor and Blake’s wedding was a very special occasion for us. Taylor is a lifelong friend of Jamie’s, and we were honored when she asked us to photograph her wedding. Taylor and Jamie grew up together in the same dance studio, Beverly’s Dance Unlimited, owned and operated by Taylor’s family. Growing up in the studio led Jamie to feel very much a part of Taylor’s family, and Taylor and Jamie are 2/5 of the infamous “Fab Five.” Over the years, Jamie and Taylor have shared many experiences including dancing in scantily-clad outfits at a very young age, beach trips, slumber parties, dance competitions, etc., which resulted in some very embarrassing photos… The photographic proof and a small trip down memory lane is below.

All jokes aside, it was a joyous time to watch a sweet friend that we’ve known for so long walk down the aisle to the man of her dreams. The way Blake looks at Taylor makes it obvious that he is so crazy about her, and Taylor speaks about Blake in such a sweet, respectful way that displays nothing but love. This was a wedding that really showed us why we love our jobs as wedding photographers. Getting to witness Blake’s face during their “first look” and Taylor’s teary smile as she walked down the aisle is so refreshing, and really makes the world a more beautiful place. Yes, we’re being serious.

The wedding, held at The Willows in Cleveland, Ala., was so elegant. Taylor’s dress was to-die-for, and every wedding day detail was beautifully executed. Congratulations, Taylor and Blake!
