Alison & Dustin

We absolutely love hearing the stories from the couples we work with about how they met, got engaged, fell in love, etc. It’s one of our favorite parts of our job. Alison thought she was throwing a surprise party for Dustin, but she was the one who was being tricked when Dustin turned his party into a proposal. The proposal certainly wasn’t something that Alison wasn’t hoping for, though, because since Alison saw Dustin around the apartment complex that they shared, she told her friends that she was going to marry him one day. She was right, and we can’t wait to be a part of their big day at Woodson Hollow Farms in Eclectic in October!

Alison and Dustin are a great couple, and we connected with them pretty instantly. We had a little preparation, though, because Jamie and Alison actually had the same third grade teacher! Alison later moved away, only to run into Jamie again year and years later at University of North Alabama when Alison’s dad got a job there, and NOW – more years later – we’re proud to be their wedding photographers! The world sure does have a way of remaining small and pulling people back in sometimes. Alison and Dustin, congrats, and we will see you guys very soon!
