Jordan and Jake’s wedding day was great. It was good. It was easy going and stress free. You know, a happy day. But then… then the first look happened.
Jordan and Jake are friendly, fun and very sweet separately. Awesome people. But, when you get them together, a whole new beast is born. And no, we don’t mean like a scary, growling grizzly bear… we mean a big, powerful, irrefutable love. We mean a couple who, when they are together, their smiles are so wide, their words are so kind, and they draw you in. That’s what stood out to us most about Jordan and Jake’s big day. When they were around each other, their faces lit up with a tremendous love and an undeniable happiness. “They light up around each other.” We’ve always thought of that phrase as just that… a phrase. But Jordan and Jake personified the old saying. They brought out a joy in each other that we hadn’t see before.
They held each other tight during their first dance. They kissed and giggled and whispered sweet nothings to each other. They thanked their friends and family for joining them on their special day. They absolutely bring out the best in each other, and isn’t that how it’s supposed to be?
Oh, marriage. What a blessing.
