We decided after shooting Kaitlyn and Cole’s engagement session, that if you looked up “freakin’ adorable” in the dictionary, you’d find their cute mugs in the center of the page. But, after being a part of their wedding day, we think their pretty faces would also be all over the page labeled “SO IN LOVE.” They have such an incredible natural chemistry, and we could use a lot of adjectives to describe their love: playful, lighthearted, emotional, romantic, deep, thoughtful, etc., etc., etc. The list could go on and on. Their laughter, tears, joyful dancing and heartfelt gifts during the wedding day told so much about their relationship. No words were needed. It’s beautiful, what these two have.
This wedding was planned so thoroughly, and the wedding details were stunning. The florals were phenomenal and they complimented the blush bridesmaid dresses perfectly. The band at the reception brought some serious soul that had everyone dancing. It was one of those weddings that you would be SO glad to be invited to. The icing on the cake (no pun intended) was the undeniable emotion throughout the entire day. One of the groomsmen surprised the couple by singing a song for them at the reception, and watching Kaitlyn dance with her new husband to their best friend’s tribute as tears fell from her eyes made it pretty hard for us to hold back tears of our own. The bridesmaids cried on the alter as the couple said their “I dos,” and we saw a certain father pretend he had something in his eye… but we all knew what was really happening. Emotion. Love and emotion inspired by the incredible relationships that Kaitlyn and Cole have with their friends, families and each other.
Kaitlyn and Cole, we just love you guys and think the world of you! We’ve have had such a blast getting to know you, and we’re so glad to call you friends. Congratulations on all of the amazing milestones you’ve celebrated recently. We’re so excited to watch as you continue to grow together, love together, and take over the world together!
