We were lucky enough to meet Michelle and Michael last October when they were part of the wedding party at Stephanie and Chad’s wedding, one of the first weddings we ever shot as professionals! If you dare to journey back in the wedding vault, Michael will be the guy gettin’ down at Stephanie and Chad’s reception. We lovingly referred to him as “limbo guy.” You’ll see why. He’s got moves.

We love it when couples come to us from weddings we have already been a part of. They’re already familiar with our work and our client experience, and of course, our amazing couples typically have amazing friends, so it’s usually a perfect fit! These two are no exception. They are so easy to talk to and hang out with. We love their humor and the love they share. They were made for each other, and when you’re around them, it doesn’t take too long before you think to yourself, “Oh yeah. They are solid.”

These high school sweethearts met in 2008 and have been together ever since. According to Michelle, the alphabetically ordered seating in their Spanish class was all the matchmaking they needed. They were inseparable after that, and they made the journey into their college years together. We bet you can’t guess where they went to school! Auburn University – hey, you guys catch on quick.

Auburn was more to them than just their alma mater, though. It’s where they grew up together and where started their lives as a couple. It’s where Michael got down on one knee this February and asked Michelle to be his bride. So, naturally, there was no better place to take their engagement photos.

Michael and Michelle tie the knot THIS Sunday at Avondale Villa, and we can’t wait! We love hanging out with these two and we know their wedding day will be an incredible celebration of love!
